Downtown Harrisonburg Pickup
We offer free pickup by appointment at our new and convenient downtown Harrisonburg, VA location. Choose our "Pickup" option at checkout and email us at zionsfarmofvirginia@gmail.com with your desired pickup date. Please include the best phone number to reach you, and one of our team members will contact you to coordinate your pickup time.
Flat Rate Shipping
Our meat is shipped frozen on dry ice with a reusable insulated foam cooler from our farm directly to your doorstep via UPS.
We ship our farm raised meats every Tuesday (with exceptions for weather and holidays to ensure safe delivery). Weekly order cutoff is Monday at midnight EST, and orders placed after this time will ship the following week.
We offer standard flat rate shipping (within the contiguous United States based on regions) per perishable box order up to 30 lbs of meat. We recommend ordering a minimum of 10 lbs of meat to ensure that your order remains frozen in transit. Orders for 30+ lbs of meat will require customized shipping options and rates.
Shipping Regions + Rates
Region 1 - $29 (AL, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV)
Region 2 - $39 (AR, IA, KS, MN, MO, OK, TX, WI)
Region 3 - $49 (AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY)
Shipping perishables requires that we package our orders with dry ice, premium quality insulated foam coolers, and expedited shipping to arrive to your doorstep safely. Our packages do not require a signature, but we recommend having the order shipped to a home address to avoid any delivery issues due to limited business hours or holiday closures. Additionally, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so all shipments are required to have valid street address.
All non-perishable orders ship via USPS for a flat rate of $9 anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Local Delivery
Weekly Delivery Schedule: Wednesdays or Thursdays every week
We deliver to locals every week in Harrisonburg City and Rockingham County, VA for a flat rate fee of $15 per order. The minimum order amount for local delivery is $50 and all local delivery orders over $250 will receive free delivery.
At checkout select the delivery option available for your location, and we will contact you via email the day of delivery with an estimated time of arrival for your order.
Local delivery orders must be placed by Monday at midnight for same week delivery, or we will deliver your order the following week at our next scheduled date for your location. We do our best to adhere to the below delivery schedule whenever possible. At times, we may need to deliver your order on a different day; but we will always notify you prior to any changes in our delivery schedule for that given week.
