This Live Edge Charcuterie Board is made from black walnut wood. It has a beautiful dark walnut color at the heart of the board and then gradually blends to a streak of silver and then gold and white, creating the live edge. This board was made from reclaimed wood from fallen walnut trees at Natural Chimneys State Park in Virginia. These trees came down due to a passing storm in May of 2021.
About the Artist:
Brad started Knoched VA in 2011 when he began making custom barnwood furniture for friends. He quickly realized how much he enjoyed making furniture and repurposing wood. Using local, Shenandoah Valley Virginia salvaged hardwoods and reclaimed barn wood, he designs and builds tables, mantels, porch swings, coffee tables, picture and mirror frames, as well as custom pieces for individual clients.
